This cozy 3-room vacation rental measures 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. The non-smoking vacation rental is located on the first floor. One dog is welcome here.
The living area is well-equipped with a sofa and an LCD TV with a DVD player. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on colder days. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace with an ocean view, which you can screen off on the right side of the terrace using a privacy screen. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a two-burner stove, and plenty of kitchenware and cooking utensils. The vacation rental features two separate bedrooms, offering flexibility with both double and single beds. The bright bathroom, flooded with natural light, is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink for your daily needs. A parking space next to the house is available for your use.

The vacation rental at Teschenberg No. 3 is located in the rural village of Middelhagen, close to the sea and in beautiful surroundings with views of the forest and countryside. The sea is about 800 meters away, and the sandy beach is approximately 1.6 kilometers away. A restaurant is located about 500 meters away, and shopping options are about four kilometers away. The nearest public transportation stop is about 450 meters away. The surrounding area offers opportunities for walks, bike rides, and various activities by and on the water.

Welcome to the vacation apartments on the Teschenberg in Middelhagen. From here, you’ll enjoy an unforgettable and breathtaking view of the southern part of the island of Rügen. The three modernly furnished 2- and 3-room apartments offer plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. Surrounded by idyllic countryside, you can recharge your batteries and enjoy your Rügen vacation to the fullest.

Several biking and hiking trails start right from the vacation apartments, allowing you to explore the picturesque surroundings and countryside. You should also keep in mind that a well-stocked picnic backpack is a must. After all, there are plenty of opportunities for a picnic against an unforgettable backdrop. The Teschenberg isn’t the only place offering a great view. Start your hike from Mariendorf toward Schafberg. It’s about 34 meters high, and from here you’ll have a magnificent view of the Mönchgut Peninsula, the Greifswald Bodden, the Baltic Sea, and the islands of Usedom and Greifswalder Oie. A little further on is Alt Reddevitz. This former fishing village is situated on the 3.5-kilometer-long Reddevitzer Höft headland. From the tip, you have a wonderful view of the island of Vilm and all the way to the mainland.

But those eager to swim will also find what they’re looking for. A natural swimming spot is about a 15-minute walk from Teschenberg. But if you prefer a long, fine-sand beach, you’ll find it in the neighboring village of Lobbe. Here, a 30-meter-wide and approximately 5-kilometer-long beach stretches from Lobbe to Thiessow. The shallow water area with its sandbars offers swimming fun for everyone—young and old alike.
