The apartment is located at Via dei Coronari 114, on the second floor of a historic building. It is served by a small elevator, a rare and valuable convenience in the center of Rome; please note that there are a few steps to reach it.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features a beautiful living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge space. The large windows overlook Via dei Coronari, an elegant pedestrian street full of charm, historic shops, antique dealers and small local spots.



The living room is one of the most distinctive spaces in the apartment: bright, welcoming and full of character, with high wooden ceilings, a sofa, armchairs, dining table and TV. It is the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring the wonders of Rome.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything needed to cook comfortably during your stay, even for longer visits.



The sleeping area consists of two connecting bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds; from this room, you access the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed. This layout is especially suitable for families, couples with children or groups of friends looking for a central and comfortable Roman home.



There are two bathrooms: one en-suite inside the master bedroom and one adjacent to the living area. Both are modern, well finished and equipped with spacious, comfortable showers.



The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine.



Carefully furnished with style and personality, the apartment preserves the charm of a true Roman residence while offering all the modern comforts needed for a pleasant and authentic stay in the heart of the city.



The guest must provide their arrival time at least 48 hours before the check-in date.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00 (3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Check-ins after 21:00 (9:00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00 am

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.
