We built this A-frame cabin to share our farm. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings watching the deer and relaxing by the fire. There is an outdoor shower and a shared bathroom at our barn venue a short walk from the cabin.
Please note that this is a rustic stay. The whole cabin is off grid. Water and toilet are available at the barn and jugs of water are provided during stay. Electricity is from a solar generator that can be charged via a provided solar panel or we can charge it for you. Shower is a camp shower (shower bag). There is propane for heat and cooking and a small A/C that runs off the generator. There is a provided small refrigerator that runs off the generator as well.
There is horseback riding and nature walks available on site when in season through the same host but not included with stay. We train horses and dogs as well as give lessons.
Nearby activities include hiking, rafting, and floating the river. There is a Mennonite market a short distance away as well as a restaurant and a winery. Apple orchard is about 40 minutes away.
