Vacation Home No. 62 c in the vacation village offers approximately 54 m² of space for up to 6 people. It features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a south-west-facing terrace—perfect for a relaxing vacation.<br><br>The living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa that converts into a sleeping area (sleeping surface approx. 140 x 200 cm). The large dining table offers plenty of space for socializing. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a CD player. The fireplace provides cozy warmth. The vacation home features a beautiful south-facing terrace. Garden chairs with cushions are provided.<br><br>The kitchenette, featuring a 4-burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, is integrated into the living/dining area on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes.<br><br>You’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) or one large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in the bedrooms. A spacious closet upstairs offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. A high chair and a travel crib are available.<br><br>This vacation home features 2 bathrooms with showers. A washing machine—for doing laundry as needed—is also available for use. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, table tennis table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 350 meters away.<br><br>Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There is plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.<br><br>Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.<br><br>The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.<br><br>Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
