気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The apartment may have been gorgeous 50 years ago. It still has beautiful floors and ceilings. The wallpaper is old, faded and peeling in places. The floors were very dirty on arrival. One of the fans provided was very dirty. We were provided 2 sets of keys, one set the key was broken and the other set the keys were worn and very difficult to open the 3 doors to get into the apartment. This was addressed with the host on day 1 and we were provided a proper working set of keys on day 4. Not mentioned in the description are the following:1. Apartment is a 4th floor walk up with 70 steps to get into the apartment. 2. Location is central, steps from restaurants and Chiosco della Musica. However, very noisy location because most nights the loud music/noise continued till 1-2 am making it very difficult to sleep. 3. If you are looking to cook meals in the apartment it will be difficult with the utensils and old cookware provided.
