Located in Rapallo, the holiday apartment Condominio Sereno offers guests a fantastic view of the Ligurian Sea. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.

The holiday apartment also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Limited parking is provided, but due to its shared nature, vehicles may frequently need to use street parking instead.

Great Stay

Very apt listing. Slightly dated but comfortable and relaxing space with a nice balcony. Would recommend. Also a slight hike up hill to apartment.

Apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains

Pros: The apartment had the most beautiful view, as it was the top of a mountain. The hosts were so nice, and the whole process was really smooth. I would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful place to be together

The apartment was lovely. So clean and well kept. We had an easy time checking in. The apartment had plenty of dishes and supplies for our stay. The views from the balcony were just like in the photos. The only surprise was what a big hill it was to get to the apartment - but that was easily dealt with, We had a terrific time. A great place for an extended family to share.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with all supplies needed for our stay. The view was spectacular. We walked in and out of town frequently, even with the 176 stairs, it didn’t take us as long as we were anticipating. Our host Cinzia was lovely and helped us order a taxi to the train when we were having difficulty with our Italian. Mosquitoes were plentiful in Rapallo, so bring repellent. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rapallo.

Airy, comfortable and stunning views

Finding the place and checking in was pretty easy. This building has an ELEVATOR! Owners were easy to contact in person or WhatsApp. Questions were answered and needs were met. I’d guess it’s a pretty steep mile and a half to center of town Most of the time we just considered it part of our daily fitness routine but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Owners can give you the number and they’re easy to call. Bottom line, I’d definitely come back here.
