Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin in Axalp. The views are gorgeous and the area is beautiful, the place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It is a bit ways up the mountain, and in low season most restaurants are not open, so it's better to eat in the city before heading up or bring food along to cook. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Great family summer stay in the mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Axalp. The children’s toys were a big hit with my daughter. There are fun hikes alongside the livestock in Axalp and a nearby waterfall. The drive up and down is quite steep, but we managed it fine. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially with kids. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our visit. Thank you!

Comfortable stay in a quiet and beautiful place

Ideal for a family with 1 or 2 children. It's at 1500m, so you have to drive 20 minutes up from Brienz, but it's a comfortable house, in a quiet place, with terrace where you can eat looking at impresive views, with grass for the children to play. There no TV, but formus that was not a problem. Kitchen complete and comfortables beds. Books (in German) and toys for kids

Cozy stay

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was clean and very cozy. Everything was provided as described. It is a small, quiet ski neighborhood about 20 min up the mountain from Brienz and 30-40 minutes from Interlaken but we didnt mind the drive up and down as it was very scenic with lots of pastures and views of the lake below. It was a little challenging starting the fire in the wood fireplace but there is an electric heater provided as well. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time and will stay again.

Gemütlich und modern

Ein sehr schönes Chalet mitten in den Alpen, tolle aussicht, super Ausstattung. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt von der Wohnung aus. Super Lage, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen und Bern in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar.
