良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
So many good things to mention: 1) Kudos to the excellent housekeeping staff - the home was spotless; 2) all accommodations as stated; 3) decor and rooms were perfect - casual & relaxing; 4) excellent location - easy drive to Chatham Center; 5) quick drive to beach. Only downside for us was the air conditioning. The bedroom ACs worked well; the main family/kitchen area AC did not perform as expected and did not cool the space.

We're sorry the main area air conditioning didn't cool the way it should have, and we've passed that along to our maintenance team to look into, since it falls short of the comfort we want our guests to have.
