Great Stay in Chatham!

We had a great stay at this quiet and convenient condo in Chatham for a short girls getaway. The place was nicely decorated, cozy, and a great location to drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect place for getaway!

This property was absolutely ideal for our late fall vacation getaway! Charming and warm two bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen and patio. The location was centrally located to beach, shops and restaurants and so convenient. Great host, welcoming and friendly! We would highly recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a very cozy, nautical-homey feel to it and is clean. We felt comfortable immediately. The bed and bedsheets are so soft and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Fall Get Away on the Cape

We spent 5 days in beautiful Chatham. Condo was as described. I a lovely neighborhood ideal for taking long walks. Dining options in Chatham were excellent. Would definitely consider going back!

Lovely Apartment

Great apartment, ideally situated to shops and nearby towns and places to visit. The apartment contained everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great host, great Chatham location

The condo was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed being down the road from just about everything we needed or wanted to do. Kathryn was helpful with suggestions about the area and things to do, as well as being quick to respond to any communication.

Perfect getaway

Our stay in Chatham was wonderful - the listing was exactly what we encountered. The location was perfect - out of the fray of downtown, but just a short drive in. The walk down to the private each was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean, and perfectly appointed for cooking meals in. And the beds were incredibly comfortable.we would definitely like to stay here again.

Cape Cod weekend

We came for the weekend to attend a wedding nearby. Beautiful condo in a very good location, 5 minute drive or less to shops and shore. Very clean. Owner was available and very responsive. Only one closet accessible for renters. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend.

4th of July

Thank you Kathryn for making our 3 night stay so easy:) Your quick responses were so helpful for us and friends-trying to navigate during a holiday at the cape. We were able to see fireworks, parade, activities, & meals-all because you were quick with communication! Our return trip from P-town back to the abode made the busy day end in a relaxing night:) Thank you, again for everything.

Everything we needed

Had a girls trip to Chatham with some friends that used to teach together. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a good location for where we wanted to be. We spent a lot of time on Main Street and the drive only took about 5 minutes. We appreciated all of the restaurant and entertainment ideas in the binder that was left for us and went to Provincetown as recommended. It was a bit too cold for us to go to the beach but the chairs and beach towels provided are a great addition for anyone who might need them. The place was clean and everything was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and well stocked

The place is clean and well stocked, the provided beach chairs were a plus even though we didn’t get a chance to use. I dont believe the listing states that the entire condo is upstairs so climbing a flight of stairs with luggage is necessary (we dont really have the backs for that), its located above a closed dental office in a business complex , which we did feel was strange, especially since its not mentioned in listing. its also not a traffic safe walk to the beach, i would suggest drive. We had a few issues but owners were on top of it.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! Clean and cute. It was centrally located and is easy to travel about if you’re looking to explore Cape Cod. It is also very close to downtown Chatham!

We had a delightful stay!

This rental was perfect for our visit. We traveled with our adult daughter so 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were terrific. We were in town for a family reunion. We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony as well as having a cooling beverage out there late in the afternoon. It was a short pleasant walk to Cow Yard beach which was a treat on hot July days. The unit is also just down the road from Wequasset Inn where we had a lovely meal. In short we had a delightful stay here.

The perfect spot for a Chatham girls getaway!

We had the best experience at this lovely property! We were having a girls trip and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us, we loved having the 2 bathrooms and relaxing on the patio. Everything was so clean and organized. We enjoyed the coffee machine daily, along with a delicious breakfast spot just down the road. There were nice beach chairs and beach bag to borrow. The location was perfect and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to in Chatham in about 2 minutes. Would certainly stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for a nice rental in Chatham. So close to CBI, the beach, and all the restaurants and shops of downtown. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We can’t wait to be back!

Great location

This is a beautifully decorated, bright, and clean condo. It's close to the beach and downtown Chatham, which is fun to walk around and has lots of great restaurants. Lots of space in the living room and kitchen--felt bigger than it looked in the photos. Definitely a cozy place to hang out on the one rainy day we had. The two full bathrooms were a plus (especially with two young adult sons). The outdoor porch was a nice treat, too--actually saw (and heard) a couple wild turkeys, which we weren't expecting. To top it all off, the host Kathryn was helpful and very accommodating when we asked for an early check-in and a late check-out.
