The "Villa Brunnenhof 4" vacation rental is located on the first floor and in the attic of the "Brunnenhof" villa. The apartment was completed in the fall of 2013 and is situated on Brunnenstraße. With a total area of 49 square meters, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The Weststrand and the spa center—including the spa plaza and thalassotherapy center—are just around the corner.

The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One bedroom even features a Blu-ray player. The living-dining area features an open-concept kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. A special highlight of the apartment is the balcony. Dogs are not allowed in this vacation rental.
