"The vacation home 'Calheta Beach House 1' is perfect for a relaxing vacation, in a privileged location in the center of the village of Calheta with the sea and Calheta beach 300 meters away. Nearby guests will also find the Mother Church, the 'Sugar Cane Mill' and the 'Casa das Mudas' Contemporary Art Center. Also nearby are some of Madeira Island's main 'Levadas'.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for teleworking, a TV, heating, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
