• Fort Meade, Casino LIVE, restaurants and shopping ca. 5-10 minutes away.

Families with Young Children

• The space is not fully childproofed — please supervise young children at all times, particularly on the stairs

• Stair safety gates are available for guests to install if needed for added peace of mind

• A playpen with bassinet is provided for guests' convenience — use is entirely at your own risk as we do not regularly check for defects or recalls

• High chair and children's dinnerware available



Security Cameras & Monitoring Devices

• The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record video and audio 24/7. Cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway/parking area, and other exterior areas used to monitor property access and security.

• The property is also equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices. These devices do not record conversations or audio.

• There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home



Verification & Security Deposit

• Guest verification is required within 24 hours of booking — you will be contacted by email and/or text for your details

• We require a rental agreement and a refundable security deposit



Starter Supplies

• A starter supply of toiletries, kitchen towels, paper products, and cleaning and laundry supplies is provided — guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies for longer stays
