Domenico was a lovely host. She may us at the apartment and walked us through how to access it and use everything. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is huge with a beautiful balcony you can see the sea from. A very convenient location close to the sea boardwalk.

Spacious and comfortable

The space was lovely and was a place to call home after a full day of traveling and sightseeing. LOTS of storage space. Quiet area (except for the neighbor's dog which yelped super loud everytime we exited the apartment or returned home. Fortunately, it settled down once we were in the apartment. We had a daily laugh! On street parking was manageable however, we only used our car a couple of times within the week. Although we did not use the kitchen to cook, the space could definitely benefit by providing more kitchenware and standard supplies to create meals. The washing machine was very helpful although the apartment had no dryer. Not an issue when traveling in August and using the clothesline. The one bathroom was interesting - you entered a narrow space where the sink was first, then the shower (that was separated by accordion doors) and the toilet beyond the shower. So you had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. The shower mechanism was broken when we arrived but the host was responsive to the repair. The other shower/tub did not have a curtain so you need to be mindful of water leaking as you use the sprayer. A note to those using the air conditioning (which was very nice to have in August)....the circuit breaker tended to go off when using multiple things at the same time. Domenica, our hostess was super responsive, helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. She and her family were very accommodating and we are grateful!
