2-bedroom Hacienda Condo in Puerto Vallarta Spectacular View-Pool-Walk to Beach

Casa Encantadora is a beautiful hacienda-styled condo with two master suites, offering breathtaking ocean views from just about everywhere in the condo. Just a short 10 minute walk to the famous Los Muertos beach and the heart of the Romantic Zone where you are surrounded by restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Inside, guests find two comfortable queen beds and two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and hair dryer. The space stays cool and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for an adventure, this peaceful condo offers a marvelous retreat.

As you enter Vista Amapas through the entry gate, notice the intercom system that can be used if you have a taxi meeting you or friends stopping by. Head down a couple of levels and as you pass through the condo gate, notice the kitchen window to your right and have your first glance of the unit and the breathtaking ocean view through the kitchen.

Entering the unit through the front door will bring you to a short entry hallway before you arrive at the fully-equipped kitchen on your right. The kitchen features a full size range, oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster oven, and all the kitchen amenities that you’ll want should you choose to cook during your stay. A food processor and blender can be found in the cabinet above the refrigerator for all those tasty smoothies made with the freshest fruits available at the open air market. The complex is equipped with a water filtration system located to the right of the kitchen sink. The washer and dryer are located in the attached utility room just off the kitchen and are available for your use.

Master Suite #1 is adjacent to the kitchen featuring a four post queen sized bed with a beautiful quilt and plenty of colorful pillows, a small chest of drawers, a desk with additional drawers, a ceiling fan with light, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in master closet which houses the safe and iron/ironing board. The bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning unit. The en-suite bathroom is decked out in Mexican blue tile and adorned with a custom made stained glass window. Fresh new towels fill the shelves and a hair dryer can be found in the cabinet.

Walking back out to the hallway past the kitchen and to the left you’ll come to Master Suite #2, which offers epic ocean views out over the outdoor patio to the mountains and city from everywhere in the room. Master Suite #2 offers a double bed, armoire with drawers, ceiling fan with light, a private balcony, access to the private outdoor terrace and, of course, an en-suite bathroom with lovely green tile. Please note: The floor lamp in the photo recently took a fall and we have a replacement floor lamp.

Leaving Master Suite #2, you will find yourself in the dining area, a large round table with four stately chairs set under a bold chandelier all facing a large mirror. This area is perfect for a romantic meal in or planning the activities for the following day.

Venture into the living room where you’ll find a large sofa, large coffee table with a guidebook for the area, and a 43” flat screen Roku TV offering cable TV. Below the TV in the large wooden cabinet is the stereo, receiver, CD player and VCR. There are also a variety of CD's, VCR's, cards, and board games. The wireless router is also located here. Two extra-large loveseats face the window creating a sitting area perfect for enjoying the evening fireworks, or taking in the afternoon ocean views after a full day of exploring.

Just to the left of the sitting area is an other glass sliding door to the private terrace with beautiful tropical plants, offering a patio table that seats two and a lounge chair perfect for an afternoon spent with a good book. A Weber gas grill is also available on the terrace for your grilling pleasure, which could include fresh fish!

Just one level down from the condo is the swimming pool, which has similar stunning ocean views. The common pool & patio is well-kept with beautiful tropical plants, lounge chairs, and a small outdoor kitchen and table for four that live under a Palapa. A perfect location for your days in the sun or evenings under the stars.

From the pool area continue down the stairs, take a right after stepping off of the circular staircase, and then keep left to make your way to the bottom entry gate. Here you can continue down to the beach. It is a beautiful walk down the stairs and a short walk down into Zona Romantico or the Los Muertos Beach.

The well-maintained building has security gates and cameras, an intercom system, and plenty of parking. Additionally, complimentary maid service is provided once a week.

High speed WIFI is accessible and reliable throughout the condo and even at the pool!

The location of the building is ideal since you are close enough to walk to everything, yet just far enough away from it all to be peaceful and relaxing. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive, and are always available to take you anywhere you wish to go.

"The unit is simply beautiful. The view is stunning and we were treated to fireworks most evenings. The Amapas is one of my favorite areas because of the spectacular views. Since you are up high there are plenty of stairs but we loved them as we got a good work out every day. It takes about 7 minutes to walk down to the beach (Los Muertos) and maybe 10 minutes back up, we got better at it every day. We are both in our mid 60s and in good condition but you can easily take an Uber for about $2.50 US. The choice in restaurants is endless with amazing food all around the area. We ate out all but one night and just reheated leftovers in the microwave but the kitchen looks to be well stocked should you wish to prepare your own meals. The condo is very clean and we loved having a washer/dryer on site. The WIFI worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend Casa Encantara, it's a gem and we will visit again!"

“Great apartment in Puerto Vallarta. 200 MBPS WIFI will have you cruising if you have to do any work while there. I loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning, the view is surreal. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable (most comfortable we've had in a long time!). Showers were great as well. There are also ACs in each bedroom as well as the main room. Super quick walk into town down the stairs as well!"

Guest access
You'll have access to the condo (except for a couple of owner's closets), the pool area pool bathroom and palapa, both entrances in and out of the complex, as well as a parking spot, should you choose to rent a car.
