Hello Everyone, my name is Niki Zerva. I have been Living in Athens all my life, I was dreaming of having my wonderful home in an island. This house captures you with the scenery and tranquility that exudes the Ionian nature and some nights you can also hear the seaside sound.

Villa Millianna is set in the picturesque village of Kalligata. A focal point is Marina's Bar in the centre of Kourkoumalata. There are fruit and olive trees around the area which give a very Ionian feel to the place. Vineyards are everywhere to be seen as you will discover, as this was the home of the Calliga Winery a favorite for the Robola wines. You will see the white church used by locals and visiting holiday makers and also the children's play area near by, ideal for the younger generation. Just 15 minutes away (walking distance) is Avithos beach with its views of Zakynthos and Dhias. Here you will find two lovely bars restaurant for refreshments. Car, Bicycle, local transport (bus station 10mins walking distance)
