Sleeping Arrangements:
The house is designed to comfortably sleep 12 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Features a luxurious King bed with a Twin bed in the bonus space

Additional Bedrooms: Configured with a second King bed, a Queen bed, and four Twin beds.

Additional Sleeping: A Queen sleeper couch in the living area and a Twin day bed on the screened porch for extra guests.

Relax & Unwind:
Enjoy the quintessential 30A lifestyle on our lovely screened porch—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening breezes. When you`re ready for the beach, the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short, two-block walk away.

Convenience: A Publix supermarket is less than half a mile away for all your grocery needs.
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

Quite Hours 10pm-8am

No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.

No Pets

Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.
