Hidden among the woods outside Berkeley Springs, Timber Ridge Retreat is the kind of place where plans naturally become simpler. Coffee lasts a little longer on the deck. Whether you`re visiting for a long weekend or settling in for a week, the cabin offers plenty of room to gather together—and just as many places to slip away with a good book.

Comfortable without trying too hard

The heart of the cabin is its open living space, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together beneath warm wood ceilings. It`s easy to cook while chatting with family, keep an eye on the game, or simply enjoy the glow of the wood stove after a day spent exploring nearby trails on the 14 acres of land the cabin rests on.

Just off the main living area, the den offers a quiet workspace and a futon, making it equally useful for remote work or an afternoon nap. It`s one of those spaces guests tend to appreciate more than they expected.

🚭This property is non-smoking.
🚑 To allow emergency vehicles access to surrounding roads and properties, please do not block any driveways, roads or intersections.
🚙 Please do not exceed the number of vehicles driven based on the number of bedrooms.
⏳Check in time is 3 pm or anytime after. Please call our office to see if an early check-in is available the day before or the day of your arrival.
⏳Check out time is 12 noon promptly. Because our housekeeping staff travels a great distance, please depart no later than 12 noon.
🪥Please bring your own personal hygiene products (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc).
🍴Please bring any spices and cooking preparation items (oil, foil, wax paper, etc).
🛜 If the property has internet service, the logon information is on the refrigerator
🤝We have a rental agreement that we email to you to electronically sign.
🤫While we want our guests to enjoy their visit, please be respectful of the neighbors by refraining from playing loud music or engaging in any unacceptable behavior.
