Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment on the first floor, which has been furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment features 2.5 rooms—a living room that opens onto the large bay window room, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining small bay window, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The spacious bay window room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, making the apartment ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The original wooden floorboards from the Wilhelminian era lend the apartment a special charm and create a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave—perfect for self-catering. Additional amenities include a TV, CD player, and a washing machine. A private parking space is available right next to the apartment, as well as a separate entrance for maximum privacy. Upon request, we’ll provide a crib and high chair free of charge. Bed linens and towels can be added to your reservation for an extra fee.

Experience your vacation in a lovingly restored villa in the typical seaside resort architectural style in the heart of Ahlbeck on Usedom. The historic villa is located just about 150 meters from the fine sandy beach, the Ahlbeck pier, and the concert shell. From the higher-level apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

Each vacation apartment has its own parking space right on the property—a special convenience given Ahlbeck’s central location. 

The villa stands out for its central, beachfront location: bakeries, supermarkets, ATMs, and numerous restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. Ahlbeck’s main train station is also only about 900 meters away and easily accessible on foot.

For active vacationers, the location offers the ideal starting point: set out directly from the beach promenade on beautiful cycling and hiking tours—for example, to Zinnowitz, the Achterwasser, or across the border to Poland.

Note: The neighboring house is currently being renovated, so there may be occasional noise disturbances.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
