Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - upper level
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds and twin bed- upper level
Bedroom 4: 2 queen size beds and Bunk beds - upper level
Bedroom 5: 2 twin size beds - upper level

Amenities: Wifi, Fire pit.

Boat slip: one boat slip available for guest's use. No jet ski ports.

This property is pet-friendly with payment of pet fee and extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs max. Dogs only.

Exterior security cameras are in place for safety - Ring doorbell camera.

Reservations are not confirmed until the electronic rental agreement is signed
No parties or events (including after-prom, graduation, weddings, etc.)
Gatherings exceeding maximum occupancy must be pre-approved; violations may result in eviction
