In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 800 m, walking paths from the house 350 m, gondola lift 300 m, sled run, children's playground 450 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 350 m.

We verbleven er een week en is een heel mooi appt dichtbij de winkels en centrum. Enkel de zetel is verschrikkelijk om in te zitten(hadden we niet zoveel nodig) het tweepersoonsbed kraakte ook bij elke draai die je maakte waardoor wij niet goed sliepen. Kinderkamer was oke. Badkamer klein maar fijn. Zeer groot terras, wel niet volledig afgesloten. Heel rustig gebouw. Zeer proper.dank aan de poetsploeg!we zijn al verschillende keren in haute nendaz geweest en dit appt was het beste tot nu toe

Voor verbetering vatbaar.
Woning op het gelijkvloers is goed gelegen (midden in het dorp maar rustig), winkels én wandelingen (bijvoorbeeld langsheen de 'bisses') op loopafstand. Slaapkamers en badkamer OK en net. Groot terras. Gezellig appartement, met mooi panorama vanuit de woonkamer - annex keukenhoek. Maar de zitbank is echt niet te harden en de 2 stoelen bij de keukentafel (net als de zitbank met een soort kunstlederen bekleding) zijn niet zo geschikt.
