Casa Masoni – Your Elegant and Welcoming Home in Tuscany

Casa Masoni is a fully renovated apartment (2023) just 400 meters from Piazza Arnolfo, the central square of the town. The interior features refined, stylish décor. The apartment offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The spacious living area (about 40 m²) includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge. The sleeping area has two elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also a large hallway and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Access to the apartment is through a spacious loggia, secured by a gate for added privacy and safety.



Colle Val d’Elsa is a charming town with a medieval old quarter, located in the heart of a renowned tourist area. It’s about 10 km from the Chianti Gallo Nero region, 10 km from Monteriggioni, 15 km from San Gimignano, 28 km from Volterra, and 25 km from Siena. All are easily reached by several bus lines with a main stop at Piazza Arnolfo. Florence, 49 km away, is accessible via the Autopalio highway or public transport. Colle Val d’Elsa is located along the Via Francigena, stage 32, San Gimignano/Monteriggioni.



The apartment is in the town center, close to all main services: supermarket, Neapolitan pizzeria, café-pastry shop, and only about 500 meters on foot from the beautiful countryside. Free parking is available at the Coop supermarket and on nearby side streets.



A camera is installed outside the apartment, monitoring the entrance and the key box, allowing owners to check guest arrivals and departures. The camera has audio and video functions.

Fantastic 2 bedrooms new apartment to visit Tuscany

Very close from Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti and Colle Val d' Elsa alta a really nice village to visit. 15' walking from the house. Deanna is a perfect anfitriona helping with everything for your stay.

Perfect location for day trips to florence, siena, san gimnagno, montalcino, montepulciano, arezzo, cortona - which we did all of over our stay plus two dinners in the medieval centro village located up the hill from us. Very helpful host. Apartment had everything we needed directly across from large grocery store.

Great modern place

This property is totally new and has great setup. It has everything one would need, and more! Deanna and her husband where great hosts, even had the kitchen stocked with some basics for the first morning. Great location, parking can be a bit tricky, but Deanna assisted in finding us a location on the day street cleaning took place. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful, it was furnished well with every amenity. The only drawback was parking availability and noise. It had a noisy alleyway and back and a busy road out front. There was a grocery store across the street, which was very convenient. The security deposit process was a bit cumbersome. It was very central to a lot of the locations we were going to in Tuscany.

Photos were accurate. Convenient to many locations. Host was responsive to our communications. AC was not adequate for nighttime. Laundry did not have English language instructions and was confusing. Not enough pillows. Market across street was very convenient. Apartment was clean and had nice kitchen. Hot water in showers was inadequate. Overall a nice experience!

Entspannte Tage in Colle di Val d'Elsa

Wir haben eine entspannte Ferienwoche in der Casa Masoni verbracht. Die Besitzerin hatte freundlicherweise für unser erstes Frühstück vorgesorgt-vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und pikobello sauber und modern. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt und die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist perfekt. Die recht befahrene Straße stört bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Het was een mooi, modern appartement.

Pros: Het huis is nog nieuw en ziet er overal erg mooi uit. Alle kamers zijn op de begane grond, al is er wel een flinke drempel om binnen te komen. Verder is het van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zit ook airco in, wat heel fijn is in de hitte. De host had zelfs verschillende etens- en drinkwaren klaargelegd voor ons, zonder extra betaling! De supermarkt ligt tegenover het huis, dus dat is ook ideaal. Verder is het modern centrum op een loopafstand van 5 minuten te bereiken.
