カサベリナはカサベラの近くにあるキャビンですが、全く独立しています。 それは2005年と2006年に純粋な地域スタイルで慎重に修復されました。 今は約75平方メートルの美しい家です。 典型的なトスカーナ様式のエレガントで個性的な内装が施されており、食器洗い機、洗濯機、電気オーブン、トースター、衛星テレビ、DVD、CDプレーヤーなどの快適さを備えています。 WiFiインターネット接続。
家は1階にあり、正面玄関は庭園に直接、美しいベランダには庭園の家具が置かれています。周辺の丘の景色はとても壮大です。
Casabellinaは広々としたキッチン、ダイニングルーム、リビングルーム（ダブルソファベッド付）、ダブルベッドルーム（結婚式ベッド付）、ダブルベッドルーム（ツインベッド2台付）、広いバスルーム（シャワー付）で構成されています。

A wonderful, beautiful cottage in the hills of Tuscany. The view is spectacular with the rolling hills, and rows of grape vines as part of the view. Perfect for a couple, especially if you want to lounge around and cook your own meals. They even had a herb garden we could use. This place felt like home.

We had a good three-night stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would happily stay here again and recommend it.

Wonderfull house with beautifull view and pool

We had a wonderfulltime in Casa Bellina. The house is nice, spacious and well equipped. The hosts are vere friendly. The pool is fantastic.

Charming place in the most beautiful place

We so enjoyed our stay at Casabella and would definitely like to return. The little "villa" was very adequate for four people and contained everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were helpful and thoughtful in many ways. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany and provided a wonderful experience.

Tuscan Farmhouse

This property was very well equipped, quaint, and a perfect location for multiple day trips. The owners were most welcoming and completely delightful, greeting us with maps, suggested places to tour and eat, and Italian goodies for our weary souls. We definitely plan to return!

Casabellina, Sovicille Tuscany

Casabellina was quite delightful. We were greeted on arrival by our host, Grazia who presented us with some homemade biscotti…a nice touch. With close proximity to Siena it was very easy to get around and enjoy the villages and sites. Casabellina was peaceful with very comfortable accommodation and a lovely vista. Would recommend a stay there.

The setting was just perfect! We loved the pool and outdoor patio. The home was comfortable and very clean. The host was very friendly and happy to help with anything. She also kindly gave of suggestions of things to see and do in Tuscany. Our only negative is that there are neighboring homes with multiple dogs kept in outdoor kennels that bark incessantly both day and (most unfortunately) night. No fault of the host, but the barking dogs made it very difficult to sleep at night. Other than that, we highly recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. The two of us at Casabella!

The property is lovely, and we looked forward to returning to it each afternoon from our sightseeing and touring around Tuscany. Marzia is a wonderful host, who is attentive and friendly and she kindly made us a lovely tiramisu which was so tasty. It was a lovely place to stay for a week, and we are glad that we went there and we enjoyed it very much.

Property as described. Great views of the fields and hills. Pool is really nice and needed if you’re staying in the summer months as there is no air conditioning.

Wonderful location to explore Tuscany

Marzia and Renzo were the best hosts. Communication was excellent and they are wonderful people. They gave us cookies, tiramisu and homemade sauce which was so nice. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely views of the vineyard . It was very quiet and provided everything we needed to enjoy a day at home or a perfect base for exploring the wine region and many hill towns. We would love to go back and see more! It was a great spot for our getaway! Thanks again to our wonderful hosts! Mike and Jane D.

Nice house just outside Siena

We arrived late in the evening in the dark, so the house was a bit difficult to find. But Renzo guided us through the telephone. We felt welcome. The house is cosy, with a nice garden where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun and the view. Siena is about 25 minutes by car. Everything you need is in the house and Renzo and Marzia are very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

Superbe petit jardin fleuri tout près de la piscine ! Environnement calme, entourés d'oiseaux et avec la visite des chats de la maison.Chambres spacieuses et agréables dans lesquelles nous avons très bien dormi. Es ist ein wunderschönes, kleines Häuschen in einer traumhaften Lage. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum! Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir von Marcia sehr leckere Plätzchen und zum Abschied ein fantastisches Tiramisu. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür und gute Besserung weiterhin.Das Häuschen ist einfach nur charmant und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es waren in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren vorhanden, die vor allem nachts für ein wenig Kühle sorgten (es war tagsüber teilweise bis 40 Grad heiß).Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und war bei der Hitze auch täglich mehrmals im Gebrauch. Peter hat uns immer wieder leckere Tomaten und Peperoncini zukommen lassen, die wir uns schmecken haben lassen. Auch die Infos, die wir von Peter bekommen haben (Gelato, Wein, Olivenöl, Sehenswürdigkeiten) waren Gold wert. Dafür auch nochmal Danke und liebe Grüße.Für draußen können wir Autan und Citronella nur empfehlen, denn die Biester sind hungrig, drinnen hatten wir keine Probleme, da überall Fliegengitter (außer an der Einganstüre) vorhanden sind.Wir hatten jedenfalls 2 wundervolle Wochen in einer traumhaften Gegend und wenn es nicht so heiß gewesen werden, hätten wir auch den Palio in Siena beigewohnt. Aber durch Peter gab es reichlich Infos über den Palio.Ich denke, wir werden das wiederholen, aber dann, wenn es etwas kühler ist...Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen!!!Grüße von Günter, Claudia, Fabian und Raphael

Wunderbare Urlaubsunterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sogar Nachschub bei der Urlaubslektüre (mehrsprachige Auswahl). Marzia und Peter sind wunderbare Gastgeber und geben gerne Tipps. Der Pool ist super und macht nicht nur den Kindern Spass. Trotz Sommerhitze war es drinnen dank Ventilatoren erträglich und die Mückengitter sind auch sehr hilfreich. Einzig die nachts kläffenden Hunde in der Umgebung sind nervig und stören gelegentlich den Schlaf - aber man gewöhnt sich dran.
