In ancient Greek mythology, Pasithéa was one of the younger Graces and Goddess of rest and relaxation. She was the wife of Hypnos, the God of sleep and dreams.

Perched above Zell am See in a peaceful and quiet location, we invite you to enjoy the sublime view over the lake and surrounding mountains, the romantic atmosphere on our spacious terrace at night, and submerge in the luxury of our exquisitely furnished apartment for two. All the while remaining within walking distance of the town center (approx. 500 m) with numerous boutiques, shops, restaurants and bars.

(Our exclusive Designer furniture includes Edra, Saba Italia, custom carpentry with Minotti-quality finnish, lead-crystal chandelier, Flos lighting, high-quality mattresses, etc.)

With plenty of room for sports equipment in our bike- and ski-rooms, and the proximity of several gondolas waiting to take you into a pristine mountain paradise, nothing stands in the way of sports-enthusiasts. Explore beautiful Zell am See and surroundings on foot, by bike or on skis. Relish the delightful cool of swimming in an alpine lake in summer, or skating on its frozen surface in winter. Revel in the choice of numerous golf-courses within a radius of 4-34 km.

Just one hour’s drive away, musik lovers and opera aficionados have the opportunity to experience the prestigious Salzburger Festspiele in what Hugo von Hofmannsthal described as “the heart of Europe”.

Pasithéa means relaxation in ancient Greek and that is what we want our guests to experience. Deescalate, decelerate and descend into deep relaxation above charming Zell am See.

My stays at this apartment were wonderful and really i enjoyed the stay. apartment found as described, clean and tidy. Alpen team really made everything clear " check in, key place, check out and living instruction". All stuff were available; nothing needed except food and drink. Kitchen fully equipped with all requirements to prepare my food. Moreover, I really found the Alpen team cooperative, kindly and friendly. Eventually, I strongly recommend this apartment. NA

floor heating

the floor heating is hard to access and control for temp in apartment. opening doors to cool is t possible because bugs become an issue and screen door was ripped. floor in shower and bathroom is dangerous when wet. opening kitchen up with door only gets door in the way of the path into kitchen. why have door? only one key to appartment. lots of cobb webs and spiders around entire outside of sliders. light controller for kitchen and strip lights stopped working day 2 had to use breaker to turn off lights. not enough towels. need to be more clear on actual property address.

Das Städtchen Zell am See bot verschiedene interessante Verweilmöglichkeiten, wie etwa am See, und war auch kulinarisch eine Reise wert. Wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal zurückkehren.

We completely enjoyed this Fewo. The whole experience from booking and checking in to checking out was seamless. Our 3rd time with Alpen Apartments and this company is top notch! The views are incredible. A short walk to the center of town or an even shorter walk to the bus that takes you to the ski lifts. Love this place!

Comfortable modern appartment with a gorgeaous view over the town and the lake. Located in a quiet high corner of the town. Garage included. A bigger and better frying pan would be a big benefit. Also, some manuals/guides for the shutters, lightswitches and heating. It takes some skill and time to figure it out on your own.
