nice stay

Management was poor and miscommunication. Started off the booking by telling us we could book directly as we were under 25 and then had a phone call with someone proceeding to tell us we couldn’t book. After emails, we were finally accepted. The property itself was lovely and a perfect location in beautiful Jávea. unfortunately there were amenities promised which didn’t provide. The ‘hot’ tub was just warm. The TV didn’t work the whole stay. and the pool lights didn’t work also.

The decription clearly states that the owner does not accept any youth groups and the standard booking age is 25+. After a request from the owner, an exception was made this time. During the stay, guests have access to the keyholder's contact to notify any defects in the property. TV was not defective at all, a technician would have been able to visit and assist with it's operation. As the TV can be switched from spanish TV to international TV (SAT-TV) and to smart TV. The same for the pool lights, though this is now fixed.

Schönes und geräumiges Haus mit klasse Pool und ausreichend Kühlschrank. Weniger schön waren die nicht mehr verschließbaren (aufgequollenen) Türen im UG und die Matratzen vom Bett im Büro. Deshalb nur Gut.

Top Unterkunft

Top Unterkunft, sauber, alles vorhanden. Wie auf Bildern. Gepflegt. Viel Platz. Sehr nette Kontakte. 15 Minuten Autofahrt an sehr schönen Strand. Mängel: viele Ameisen, Klimaeinstellung nicht möglich, unterstes Schlafzimmer feucht und darum nicht bewohnbar. Baustellen rundherum, darum etwas Lärm. Würde trotzdem sofort wieder gehen.

Wir freuen uns über Ihr nettes Feedback, und zu den Ameisen teilen wir Ihnen gerne mit, dass ökologische Bekämpfungsmittel inzwischen eingesetzt wurden - obwohl das Ameisenaufkommen manchmal wetterabhängig sein und nicht immer vollständig eliminiert werden kann. Weiter versichern wir, dass sich ein Techniker um die korrekte Einstellung der Klimaanlage kümmern wird. Die Faktoren, die den Urluab etwas beeinträchtigt haben, bedauern wir. Dennoch hoffen wir, dass wir Sie bald erneut bei uns begrüßen dürfen.
