Oceanfront Escape: Top-Floor 2/2 Panoramic Views

Step into the true “Oceanfront Escape” and wake up to the rhythm of the waves, where the ocean is your front yard.

Oceanfront Escape is one of the few condos at Seascape that sits truly beachfront and faces directly to the beach. It has spacious living and dining areas, perfect for families and small groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Located on the top floor, it offers an added sense of privacy, quiet, and uninterrupted relaxation.

This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with a direct ocean view. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Each room is equipped with its own smart TV, along with WiFi and cable for your convenience. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, Keurig and regular coffee, cream and sugar are provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.

Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.

No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking). Each booking guarantees one parking spot and a second parking spot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. HOA rules - NO pets, NO smoking and NO vaping, and no parties.

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The view could not be any more beautiful or relaxing, and the size of the place was perfect for us and our 3 small kids. They LOVED the beach of course, and the pool area had surprise hot tubs and kiddie pool area! Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Well maintained, very clean, and great view. All guests loved everything about this place. Only issue we had was getting in the pool and beach areas because the instructions didn’t explain that you had to press the * symbol before or after the code. Also the code wasn’t changed according to the month as stated. It was May but still using the April month.

Perfect location for a quick beach getaway

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for, away from the main tourist area, beaches were clean and no where near as crowded as we expected being there in a holiday weekend, the condo was perfect, as described, clean and no issues. Definitely met our expectations and then some. Would happily plan to go back again.

This was the perfect condo for us. We're seniors, can't walk far but love being close to the sea. Every single thing we needed was there when we arrived. Great instructions & recommendations from the owner Marge. Consequently we ate out at Coopers Landing 2 nights - such fabulous food & so close by. Super comfy sofas & chair & great views from the balcony. Thank you for sharing with us!
