Discover the romantic charm of the harbor on Lake Müritz. Our three-room apartment is located right on the city harbor in Waren. Watch the hustle and bustle of yachts, fishing boats, kayakers, and passenger ships as they arrive, and enjoy the sunset over the Binnenmüritz. Restaurants and cafes are located directly across from the apartment, and in the background lies the old town with its shopping street, historic churches, and romantic alleyways. Everything is within walking distance.
On the property, there is a carport (your parking spot on the right) for the “Hafenromantik” vacation rental, as well as a private, lockable storage room (first floor) in the adjacent building for bicycles, SUPs, bike racks, etc. The carport is spacious enough to accommodate SUVs, vans (around 2 m), and family minivans.

Please note: Every year in May, our Müritz-Sail—the event of the year—takes place right on the grounds of the city harbor. Passenger boats, exhibitors, street performers, and musicians make for an exciting long weekend.

Storage space for bicycles, SUPs, or bike racks is available in the adjacent building on the first floor. The apartment features a living room that opens onto a balcony with a fantastic view of the marina and the Binnenmüritz. A fully equipped built-in kitchen is open to the living area. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. A second room features a single bed with a pull-out function. The apartment’s private sauna is also located in this room. When you book the sauna package, access to the sauna will be activated for the duration of your stay. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The decor is bright, welcoming, and modern.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
