Great Stay!

This condo was perfect for a family of 5 getting away to Austin for the weekend. New, clean and has all the essentials supplied for your stay. Beautiful views of Austin, near Downtown for great restaurants & bars. We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend & stay here again.

A Great Stay

Enjoyed 4 nights in this beautiful unit. Loved the decor and layout. Pool and fitness areas were also spectacular. Was an very short walk to the river and Rainey Street. Hope to get back there soon.

Fantastic stay

Very nice, quiet and modern two bedroom with all the right touches. Sweet views of downtown Austin and the river. Enjoyed the building amenities including the rooftop pool and coffee shop/bar in the lobby- and right on the river and a very easy walk to all the nightlife of Rainey Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Very nicely appointed 2-bedroom unit with great views of downtown and the river. Rooftop pool and lounge area was a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Terrific location - adjacent to the river hike/bike path and a short walk to the Rainey Street restaurants and nightlife. Will definitely come back and stay in this unit again.

Amazing stay!

I loved staying here. Fantastic location, right next to town lake (I ran there every day!), and Royal Blue Grocery is right down the street, which has amazing breakfast tacos and other treats. The gym and yoga room are wonderful, complete with Pelotons and weights. The unit is brand new and is very well maintained, and comes with everything you need - and complete with a balcony and a beautiful view!

Great location, great view, great home.

Great location, great view, great home. Simple one night stay for us. Everything was as advertised and drama free. Special thanks for mentioning the construction/traffic so we weren't surprised by it. The view from the pool was especially good.

-recommend to have coffee pods available -recommend to have laundry pods available -provide clearer check-in instructions very confusing even when calling for assistance -valet parking required needs to be included in description of property

Old & New Austin

Location is convenient to a range of attractions, e.g. river trails, Rainey St. & downtown. Downtown Austin has a ton of development, so expect construction & parking challenges. Property amenities like rooftop pool & lounge were handy. Unit was clean, modern and decently appointed -- met our needs and expectations.
