Great house and location. Very well maintained and clean. The checking instructions did not match the property but customer care was able to help with that quickly. Also the address could be marked better. The number is not on the house and it is difficlut to read on the curb.

older house well updated in a quiet south austin neighborhood- that worked well for us.at check-in, an issue with door lock code took a while to resolve. the Vacasa rep was courteous and responsive to another couple of minor issues.

Property was nice and looked like the pictures. The house had everything we needed for our family of 7. The only problem was the internet. If we had more than 2 devices online (including TVs) then it would start glitching the sound. Other than that, it was perfect!

Home was clean inside- beds not the most comfortable, but it worked for our 4 day stay Nice location, although hard to get in and out of- lots of entrances & exits to the sub, so GPS required anytime you go anywhere. Code didn’t work, but management quickly replied to lead us to key box & that code worked. No grass for the dog, but large fences in yard which worked.
