The apartment measures 56 m² and is equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people.


It features a spacious living room with a dining area for 4 people, a cozy sofa set with a high-quality sleeper function for 2 people, a large TV, and an adjoining balcony facing southwest. Here you can enjoy breakfast on warm summer days or wind down the day with a relaxing glass of red wine on balmy summer evenings.


The hallway leads to the bathroom, which is flooded with natural light. It features a walk-in, floor-to-ceiling rain shower with a glass shower enclosure, ample counter space, and storage for toiletries.


The kitchen offers cooking enthusiasts plenty of space to let their creative culinary skills run wild. A ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer are provided, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.


The bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a large TV, and a closet, and offers plenty of space here as well.


You reach the front door via a staircase with about 6 steps, as the house is located on a slope. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
A parking space is available at the house.

Each apartment comes with a parking space. You reach the entrance via 4 large steps on a hillside.
Alt-Sierksdorf is the southern and quieter part of Sierksdorf, featuring many beautiful villas and high-quality housing.

The Baltic Sea resort of Sierksdorf is situated in the heart of the Bay of Lübeck between Scharbeutz and Neustadt i.H., in the eastern part of the state of Schleswig-
Holstein, and boasts a 5-kilometer-long dream beach.

Sierksdorf is a paradise for families and children: very unspoiled and family-friendly. Here you can still meet real fishermen who are happy to take the time for a chat.
Hansapark—Germany’s only amusement park with over 40 rides right by the sea—is located in the immediate vicinity. The “Panoramic” heated indoor pool, with its 25x15-meter pool, is open almost year-round for unadulterated swimming fun.
