**As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs, so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $149 PER PET, for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets. If you have 2 pets an added pet fee will be requested. If extra cleaning is required due to excessive pet hair we will request an additional fee.
Due to the health and safety concerns of others with medical conditions, please no smoking in or near the doors. We do accept approved dogs but absolutely no cats due to allergies. Our home is in a retirement community, and we love our neighbors so please be respectful of the noise level and park in the garage or in the driveway. Thank you for your understanding.
*** NO FIRES of any kind are allowed outside except for when using the grill. There are fines issued by the POA Fire Department.
***Our home is professionally treated for pests on a quarterly basis, and we regularly monitor the property with preventative measures such as sticky traps and home defense. However, this is Arkansas, and like any home in a natural setting, you may occasionally see insects, spiders, or other small critters-especially during warmer months or after periods of rain.
While we do everything we reasonably can to minimize their presence, it's not possible to guarantee a completely bug-free environment. Thank you for understanding and embracing the realities of staying in a home surrounded by nature.
