Stylish South End Stay Near Back Bay & the Charles

Have you dreamed of what it's like to live in an 1850s brownstone in Boston? Now you can with my parlor and garden duplex in the South end! Right in the heart of the South End on a quiet street that backs to a private garden just for my block- in addition to having your own 2 dedicated private outdoor spaces. Fully renovated to the highest standards including marble countertops, Momo quilted sofa, 4 flat screen TVs, dedicated gas grill, gas fireplace, fun art and fully stocked kitchen to cook.

This is a 2 floor duplex w/ 2 private outdoor spaces + access to a private garden that only abutters in my neighborhood have access to use. There is heat/central air w/one zone. The windows are architectural replacement windows and are very draft proof. My street is very quiet and yet the neighborhood is lively. Some of the best restaurants in the city are in the South end and also many galleries for art. You are a 7 min walk to Back Bay Station and the parking garage if you bring a car. Back Bay station offers the orange line as well as the commuter rail AND Amtrak. Back Bay is a 10 min walk and you can walk to all the historic sites around Boston from my home. Each bedroom is it's own bath. Queen bedroom is the blue bath and the King bedroom has the red/pink bath. All Frette bedding and towels, peloton for your use- bring your shoes! Hard plumbed professional gas grill if you'd like to cook at home for extended stays. I accept bookings up to 4 months and possibly more if needed. Den sofa Turns into a sleeper with an American leather sofa with luxury mattress and pocket doors to close off the room for sleeping. Half bath outside of the den. Every room has it's own TV & black out shades for great sleep quality. Both bedrooms have organic mattresses. Sofa bed is firm and has no bar- so super comfortable and supportive mattress. Wifi Is strong and through the home even in the lower level thanks to my wifi extenders. Quality Shampoo/Conditioner, body wash and soaps along w/ full sized laundry (and soap!) are here for your use. This is my home so it has every amenity you can think of for gracious city living.

What you can walk to- Oh, the squares, we have 6 of them right in the South End. You can walk to the public garden, Prudential center for groceries, world class shopping and the Hynes convention center. Restaurant row is a short 6 min walk from my home. 3 Parking garages & 7 gyms to stay healthy all w/in a 5-7 min walk. 10 Min uber to Seaport or Boston convention center.

You will have complete access to the home. One side of the master closet will be blocked off for my personal things.
