Charming flat with balcony, in the Porticciolo area in Rapallo.



The apartment, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, is located on the third floor of a building with lift.

The flat opens onto a corridor that runs through the whole flat and divides the various rooms; on the left is the laundry room, while on the right is the first bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Continuing on is the sea-view living room furnished with dining table, TV, two-seater sofa bed and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle. Finally, completing the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a second bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities.



Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron and heating for the winter season.

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after World War I, the city of Rapallo lies in the western part of the Tigullio Gulf, and is also known for its seafront promenade and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montallegro.Rapallo's sumptuous defensive castle overlooks the Ligurian sea and is surrounded by small beaches, lined by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Don't miss the only one of the five remaining gates of the ancient 'walled village', the 'Porta delle Saline', which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna of Montallegro.



The accommodation is 450 m from Rapallo train station and a 40-minute drive from Genoa airport.
