This neighborhood is a quiet community with an elementary school and great transit and convenient shopping. The area is near to Ypsilanti, downtown Ann Arbor, and easy to get to the Motor City - Detroit- from here.

This property has a village feel in the backyard and suburban feel in the front yard. All quirky, no pretense.

If you’re seeking solitude, this basement apartment is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door and has its own entrance.

If you enjoy socializing, say hello to the homeowner or property manager who live onsite.

This unit has no television but does have WiFi. You can unplug here, if that is your preference.

The unit has a full kitchen for travelers who want to prepare their own meals. There is a laundry room (shared with upstairs residents). A closet toilet is in the laundry room (this is the half-bathroom in the listing) in addition to the full bath which has a bathtub with shower.

The unit has a small table for meals at the house or bring your meal to the outdoor table in the backyard that seats 6 under a sun shade.
