Shop 500 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Les Marguerites" 50 m, railway station "Boulouris-sur-mer" 850 m, sandy beach "La Péguière" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 6 km. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port-Fréjus.
