Enjoy your nights huddled around the warmth of our cozy firepit or unwinding in our luxurious hot tub under the starlit sky. Our enchanting game room, complete with a top-tier pool table, offers endless entertainment. Join us and make memorable moments to last a lifetime.
Pet Policy:
Pet Fee: $75 per stay (maximum of 2 dogs).
Guidelines:
• Keep dogs off furniture and beds at all times.
• Crate pets when leaving the premises.
• Always leash pets when outdoors and supervise them closely.
Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and pet-friendly space for all guests!

Trash Policy:
• All trash must be bagged and taken to the designated disposal sites:
• Clean Bear Site #1: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Clean Bear Site #2: 39690 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Fees may apply for any trash left behind.

Fireplace:
A gas fireplace is provided in the living room for your convenience and enjoyment. No firewood needed.

Thermostat:
• Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay.
• Upon checkout, please return the thermostat to 65°F.

Kitchen Cleanup:
• Clean the kitchen after meals, including washing and putting away all used dishes.
• Avoid additional cleaning fees by leaving the kitchen in good condition.

BBQ Use:
• After use, clean the grill thoroughly and turn off the propane valve.
• A fee may apply for excessive cleaning or if the propane tank is left on.

Spa Instructions:
• Before Use: Rinse off oils, lotions, and sunscreen.
• During Use: Spas are set to optimal temperatures for max relaxation. Please do not touch spa controls.
• After Use: Secure the cover tightly.
• Fees may apply for a drain & refill if water is left excessively dirty.

Snow Removal:
• A shovel and salt are provided for your use.
• Snow plow services will automatically arrive during or after 3 inches of snowfall.

We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful home. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped, and the game room was a great bonus for our family—it gave everyone plenty to do and made our time together even more enjoyable. One thing I would mention for future guests is that, “as is common with many BigBear cabins” this home does not have central air conditioning. There are portable AC units and fans provided, but during our stay when temperatures were around 90 degrees, the house did get quite warm, especially in the common areas. We made the best of it and still had a great time, but if you don’t do well with heat, I would recommend keeping that in mind when planning a summer stay in BigBear.Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a lot to offer, and we really enjoyed our family of 12 getaway.

The house was not ready for guests 100 percent. Space and set up good. Beds comfortable. Hot water not sufficient for 4 guests to shower. Runs cold very quickly. Ants in kitchen and bathrooms and floors downstairs. Spider webs heavy on outside home/deck and outdoor furniture. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in all bathrooms empty. Wallpaper in downstairs bedroom peeling off wall. Chris with AChalet was very quick to communicate and brought shampoo etc….also brought 4 portable ac units for us bc upstairs so hot. Offered cleaning crew to come back and pest control. We appreciated the offer but when coming on vacation really wish wouldn’t have to be texting back and forth with property manager or dealing with bugs. Wished they would have done a once over rinsing off furniture etc before we got there. House needs weeding and DEEP clean outside and inside to really enjoy and be ready. Wasnt going to write a review but feel needed….we wouldn’t stay at this particular property again

When you shared your concerns, our team responded promptly by installing four portable A/C units, providing four additional fans, and restocking the bathroom amenities. We also offered to arrange immediate cleaning and pest control services during your stay to address any concerns, but those services were declined. Since your departure, we have repaired the peeling wallpaper, fully restocked the bathroom amenities, completed additional interior and exterior cleaning, and refreshed our preventative pest control treatment as part of our ongoing maintenance program. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. Our team remains committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home for every guest.
