The living room offers a modern and cozy ambiance with a leather sofa, a comfortable armchair, a smart TV, and a stereo system—perfect for relaxing after a walk on the beach. The small but fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, microwave, and two freezer compartments, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and also features a washing machine for even more comfort during your stay.

Bed linens and a set of towels per person are already included in the rental price, so you can start your vacation completely relaxed.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

A parking space is located directly on the property.

Two bicycles are available free of charge for your excursions in the surrounding area. Please note that these are older bicycles that have been repaired and are regularly inspected to ensure they are roadworthy. Since signs of wear and tear and age-related deterioration cannot be ruled out, you use them at your own risk. No guarantee or liability is assumed for the proper functioning of the bicycles.
