The air conditioning went out 3 times while we were there but we had a great person helping us each time. Cannot thank her enough ! I would recommend moving the grill so it is more accessible. We did not try to use it - instead we used the stove.Overall - great house for my family! We had a great time!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. We are happy to say that the AC has been fixed, and we have moved the grill to a ore usable space. We hope to see you again next year.

Summer Vacation 26

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent! The home was the right size for our family of four. The house was a bit dusty and cobwebs and spiders throughout, but not dirty, just felt unoccupied for some time before we arrived. The bedrooms are a bit small and the master is a double bed so plan accordingly, there isn’t much room in that bedroom. The hot water tank was on its way out so we didn’t get more than one hot shower at a time, so prepare ahead you can’t all get ready back to back.

Hi Michael! Thank you so much for your review. The hot water tank should be replaced over the off season!
