This is a good place to stay for a couple who has two young kids. It’s certainly cozy but really it has everything you need given that it’s a three minute walk to the beach. Some minor upgrades could go along way, such as a newer mattress in the main bedroom and a couple more pillows (a hair dryer too) but these are minor things given the great time we had at this cottage. We would certainly stay again! The cottage is so convenient to everything; restaurants (walk to the dog house, the sailing cow, joeys, and ice cream) a great kid friendly beach, good neighborhood walks, friendly people, and a quick trip local towns (Chatham). We loved the outdoor shower! The kitchen is nice and clean. There is a good ambit of storage for your things. You may feel on top of each other sometimes, but there’s so much to do and so much to see that the cottage is a cozy place to rest. The little lawn outside is nice too. We can’t wait to come back! It’s really a lovely little clean, cozy, and convenient place!
