A real highlight is the south-facing balcony with a stunning view of the Bodden. Here you can enjoy sunny hours, fresh air, and the vast, soothing landscape—perfect for breakfast outdoors or a relaxing end to the day.

A washing machine is also available, making the apartment particularly comfortable for longer stays.

Two parking spaces (Nos. 22/23) right on the property ensure a convenient arrival.

Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment, and Wi-Fi is not available—ideal for consciously unplugging and enjoying the tranquility of nature.
