Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



NO Pets, Smoking, Events or Fireworks



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.

This spacious retreat features three well‑appointed bedrooms: a serene primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom offering both a queen and a full‑size bed—perfect for families or groups who appreciate a little extra room.



With two full bathrooms, getting ready for the day (or winding down after an adventure) is smooth and convenient for everyone.



The well‑stocked kitchen is ready for anything from simple breakfasts to full family dinners, and the cozy TV room provides a relaxed spot for movie nights or quiet downtime.



In the main living room, large windows frame beautiful views of the patio and the ocean beyond, filling the space with natural light and a peaceful coastal atmosphere.



Step outside to the backyard, where you’ll find a propane BBQ and a comfortable seating area—an ideal place to grill, gather, and enjoy the fresh ocean air.
