In Prabione, one of the most scenic hamlets of Tignale, “Il Gufo” welcomes you with a view that takes your breath away: the shimmering waters of Lake Garda on one side, and the majestic peaks of Monte Baldo on the other. A view like this becomes unforgettable, especially when enjoyed from the apartment’s spacious balcony, perhaps over breakfast or during a peaceful sunset dinner.



The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the public swimming pool, the local visitor center, and the small village center of Prabione, where you’ll find a friendly bar and a welcoming restaurant. And just 2 km away lies Gardola, the main village of Tignale, with its variety of restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and a warm local atmosphere.



The apartment is about 60 m² and ideal for 2 to 4 guests. It offers a bright living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished balcony where you can enjoy one of the most stunning views in the area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, and German-style coffee machine. Additional comforts include satellite TV and a private parking space about 100 meters from the apartment.



For those who love sports and outdoor activities, the area is full of opportunities: scenic hiking, Nordic walking trails, mountain biking, tennis, and water sports such as sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at the Tignale harbor (7 km away). Golf enthusiasts will also enjoy the Bogliaco Golf Club, located about 13 km from the property.



Upon arrival, guests receive the Tignale Card and the Reboma Card, which offer numerous exclusive benefits: guided excursions, Nordic walking sessions, free shuttle to and from the beach (April to October), free access to the public pool in Prabione (June to August), and discounts at local restaurants, cafés and shops.

Trotz verspätetem Check in wegen Stau würde auf uns gewartet (wir hatten bescheid gegeben, dass es später wird). Der Ort ist sehr schön und ruhig, das süsse Schwimmbad direkt vor der Tür. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gibt es eine Bar wo man was essen könnte und sich auf Vorbestellung Frühstücksbrötchen holen kann.Die Wohnung selbst ist auch sehr schön. Nicht sehr groß aber vollkommen ausreichend und auf jeden Fall sauber!In Gardola kann man sehr lecker essen gehen!

Schöne Wohnung aber leider mit Einschränkung

Positiv:- Lage der Wohnung- geschmackvolle Möblierung der Wohnung- toller Balkon mit super Aussicht auf den Gardasee- Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich- öffentl. Freibad nur 50 Meter entfernt und freier Eintritt- ruhige WohngegendNeutral: - kein wlan- nur französische Fernsehprogramme- kein Geschirrspüler- Parkplatz 100 Meter entfernt, aber direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße war immer ein Parkplatz frei- Bedingt durch geringe Stromleistung kam es bei Benutzung des Backofens zum Stromausfall. Hier wurde uns sofort und sehr schnell geholfen, wir konnten die Sicherung wieder aktivieren. Danach haben wir darauf geachtet nicht zu viele elektr. Geräte gleichzeitig zu benutzen, so dass der Strom nicht mehr ausfiel. Negativ:- die Wohnung war sehr feucht, wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die unmittelbare Lage am Fels und fehlerhafter baulicher Dichtungen. Aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit roch es etwas muffig in der Wohnung. Morgens war die Bettwäsche feucht, die wir auf dem Balkon trocknen konnten. Wichtig war eine gute Durchlüftung der Wohnung.
