In Prabione, one of the most scenic hamlets of Tignale, “Il Gufo” welcomes you with a view that takes your breath away: the shimmering waters of Lake Garda on one side, and the majestic peaks of Monte Baldo on the other. A view like this becomes unforgettable, especially when enjoyed from the apartment’s spacious balcony, perhaps over breakfast or during a peaceful sunset dinner.



The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the public swimming pool, the local visitor center, and the small village center of Prabione, where you’ll find a friendly bar and a welcoming restaurant. And just 2 km away lies Gardola, the main village of Tignale, with its variety of restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and a warm local atmosphere.



The apartment is about 60 m² and ideal for 2 to 4 guests. It offers a bright living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished balcony where you can enjoy one of the most stunning views in the area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, and German-style coffee machine.
