Calpe: Beautiful apartment block "Calpe Bay", 4 storeys. 400 m from the centre of Centro Historico, in a central position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, supermarket 170 m, restaurant 50 m, café 20 m, pedestrian zone 80 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 700 m. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, tennis 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
