Apartment in Torre Sakura building, Poniente beach area, Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and capacity for 3 people.

Welcoming and very bright accommodation of recent construction, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the urbanisation and the city.



It has a lift, internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation (aerothermy), heating by heat pump, overflowing communal pool + shallow children's pool open seasonally (pools open from 01/06 to 30/09), gym, children's area, garden, garage space in the same building, 2 Smart TVs, hair dryer, iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso-compatible coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key handover and check-in are carried out at our office located on Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, unit 2, trading name BenidormBooking, opposite Burger King.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

- Check out before 11:00

- Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location near the beach

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location near the beach. Nice, spacy balcony. Pick-up of keys in the office. It is not very convenient, when you have to look for the office to pick-up the keys, while being in a foreign town, arriving late in the evening.

The apartment was very nice and location excellent just a shame about the building work

Key collection was from a third party who did not know the property and hen asked some questions was very vague with the answers As we stayed for over three weeks I would have expected the cleaner to call with clean bedding & towels, we had to do this ourselves as we did have a washing machine and with our stay being over Christmas and new year

Vacances en famille à Finestrat

L'emplacement, la propreté, le calme, la proximité. Prévenir si des travaux sont en cours car s'était plutôt bruyant sinon tout le reste était OK.
