Cozy and very bright accommodation of recent construction, featuring a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the residential area, and the city.



It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation (aerothermal), heat pump heating, overflowing community pool + shallow children's pool and seasonal (pools open from 06/01 to 10/15), gym, children's area, garden, parking space in the same building, 2 Smart TV televisions, hair dryer, iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/cookware, Nespresso-compatible coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burger King.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check out before 11:00 am

- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location near the beach. Nice, spacy balcony. Pick-up of keys in the office. It is not very convenient, when you have to look for the office to pick-up the keys, while being in a foreign town, arriving late in the evening.

The apartment was very nice and location excellent just a shame about the building work

Key collection was from a third party who did not know the property and hen asked some questions was very vague with the answers As we stayed for over three weeks I would have expected the cleaner to call with clean bedding & towels, we had to do this ourselves as we did have a washing machine and with our stay being over Christmas and new year

L'emplacement, la propreté, le calme, la proximité. Prévenir si des travaux sont en cours car s'était plutôt bruyant sinon tout le reste était OK.
