The Eftichia Nea Chora apartment is located in Chania, just a short walk from the beach. This 100 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning controlled via mobile phone, and a washing machine. A baby crib is also available.



The vacation rental offers 3 private balconies and access to a shared garden. The property is only 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the old harbor and Chania’s center, where you’ll find everything you need. A fully organized Blue Flag beach is just 400 meters away.



Free street parking is provided, and there are 2 garage parking spaces. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The building has an elevator. Storage space and motorcycle and bicycle rentals are available. Smart TV and a safe are also provided. Please note that the eco tax applies for an extra fee.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Always had hot water. The host was excellent and very accommodating. He helped us find a place to print some tickets and offered places to visit. This apt is in a neighborhood and about a mile or so from the beaches and downtown Chania but was fine for us. A grocery store was within a few minutes walk and we walked everywhere in the Chania area, including the several beaches. We rented a car and parking was great at the apt. Driving in Crete is challenging, but worth it to see everything! I recommend the apartment!
