Modern apartment in one of the most sought after communities with magnificent sea views close to Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 toilet with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, and a terrace with access from the living room and the main bedroom facing the southwest from where you can admire the sunset, the sea, the golf course, the swimming pool, the mountains, but also the Moroccan coasts on a clear day, as well as the Rock of Gibraltar.

It is located next to the best Mijas golf courses, leisure and restaurant areas, supermarkets, and just 7km from the beach, where there are a variety of beach bars. Mijas is a town very close to the most visited cities such as: Fuengirola, Malaga, or Marbella. And only 25km from the airport.

This accommodation has WIFI, air conditioning (hot / cold), free access to the community pool, and a private garage with direct access from the elevator.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed.

Short escape, family outing. The spacious terrace was where we spent a lot of our time enjoying the stunning sunset views. Cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen and unwinding by the community pool added to our fun. There are many nearby activities as well with fantastic restaurants just a quick drive away.

Disappointing stay

Our recent stay for one week over Easter was disappointing overall. The apartment is darker than shown in the pictures, lot of dark brown furniture especially in main bedroom and the bedding and linen were of very poor quality. Check in meant we had to stop on the way to access a key lockbox in an unmanned office in Fuengirola on the way from the airport. We arrived on Easter Saturday to have just 2 small towels for 2 people for a week. Kitchen utensils not great and overall felt like it was not cleaned properly, dust everywhere etc.No WiFi due to incorrect password being supplied by management company and a TV that does not work even when Wifi eventually connected. No instructions or guidance notes anywhere. The Mgt company do not work weekends except for emergencies so we waited until Tuesday first thing to report the Wifi and towel issue. The confirmed they had supplied wrong code for Wifi and we only received a terrible mix of threadbare towels late on Wednesday evening which we didn't use. The pillows were stained dirty so sent them photos and requested protectors but none were supplied. Mgt company replied only once/twice during day despite several Whatsapp chasers for updates. I would recommend the owner hire a local company to manage the property and deal with issues promptly. I would not recommend this property until they upgrade the bed linen, towels etc. and appoint a more responsive local company to manage and clean it properly.

Mir fiel auf, wie großzügig der Wohn- und Essbereich wirkte. Ehrlich gesagt, hat alles unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir haben die Ruhe in der Gegend sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt zum Shoppen.
