Great location

Nice building, layout of the place is nice, but grime and dirt everywhere. This property could be a great value if the property manager and his cleaning crew would be attention to a deep cleaning and would actually sanitize the appliances and the main areas. There was a total lack of the concept of keeping the place sanitized. I am wondering if the cleaning crew ever heard of the two plus years of Corona. and its implications. The owner of the property appears to apologize about the multiple issues at the apartment after I sent him multiple photographs, but no more than a few kind words. The property manager however wasn't very communicative and it appears that he does not treat all customers in the most courteous way. He didn't appear to be that interested to listen to any of our issues at the apartment. All together, the building and the area are really great, the views are tremendous but the sanitizing of the apartment , the deep cleaning and the maintenance or replacement of various furniture items should take place immediately in order to guarantee a wonderful stay. This place has indeed great potential.

Amazing place!

Recension Los Flamingos We had the most amazing and fabulous stay in this exceptional flat. The view over the golf course from the huge terrace was outstanding. The flat had nothing more to wish for, everything was perfect. We played golf every day at the two great courses Los Flamingos and Alferini. The service from Lionel was great and he solved the few small issues we had in no time. A great place we certainly would recommend and come back to. Thank you Claus and congratulations for having such a wonderful place! Peter and Marie Seger

Fabulous apartment and area

This apartment is wonderful. The photos do not do it justice. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need, parking space is ample and the Los Flamingos resort area is really nice and upscale. Claus, the owner, was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was well with our stay and Lionel (his representative in Spain) was there to meet us and available at all times for any problems / questions we had. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to enjoy the Costa del Sol sunshine. It is 45 mins from Malaga, 20 mins from Marbella and 10 mins from the beautiful town of Benahavis. Golf courses are in great condition and the 2 memberships to play golf, use the hotel gym etc. are the big plus to this fabulous place. Thank you Claus and Lionel. We'll definitely be back soon.

the penthouse is a dream

This wonderful Apartment has a exciting view on Flamingos Golf. We loved the well equiped Rooms and the bis showers. We had Problems with TV could watch TV max. 10 houres in the 2 months of our stay. Should think over to take away the carpets because they Keep a lot of dust. The property was clean and the Manager Lionel did a very good Job and helped every time when we contacted him. Friends which visited us were surprised About the Apartment and wanted the Card from Claus Tolgard. We played a lot of golf and found some new Restaurants. One of them was Playa bella near Estepona and Aba in Cancelada.Please excuse my bad english.

Et ord - PERFEKT

Var i April også i denne lejlighed med 6 golf venner, og nu igen i august med min familie. Og må igen bare sige.... Fantastisk lejlighed ! 250 kvm terrasse med ny stor Gasgrill - og nu også med et helt nyt super fedt SPA på terressen, som lige er sat op her i sommeren 2018. Alle udemøblerne var rigtig fine i april, men nu var der igen skiftet ud til helt nye og lækre møbler. Og hvilken udsigt... min familie var overvældet af det kig man har til både flot golfbane, samt ikke mindst havet i baggrunden. Billederne lyver absolut ikke, men her bliver man for engangs skyld endnu mere overrasket, når man så først står på den terresse... SÅ FEDT !! Vi tog faktisk kun hjem, for at spare op til næste tur :-) - Vi kommer 100% tilbage til denne perle. Og jo før jo bedre ...

Fantastic holiday in a gorgeous penthouse

We spend a week at this wonderful place with great amenities and lot of space. The view from all rooms and the terrasse over the golf course to the sea is breathtaking! The penthouse is very exclusive, you will find everything you need; from the lovely barbeque area on the terrasse to an amaising hot spring whirlpool . It is a fantastic location if you are planning to play golf. During our stay we never hat to book a tee time, just go an enjoy. We are looking foreward for our next stay at this place.

Wonderful penthouse!

We had a lovely stay. Marvellous views of the golf course and especially the sea from the expansive terrace. We couldn’t fault it. The security was reassuring: gated entrance, underground car parking and personal direct access to the penthouse from the garage. The property was cleaned to a high standard. Claus the owner was very responsive and informative from the outset and Lionel his local representative was very obliging and extremely helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.

Best apartment in my 20 years in Spain !

Fantastic place, with the best ever view I have seen. The apartment was nice and clean when we arrive, there was free parking in looked cellar. The terrace was 250 sqm with everything you need. New big BBQ Grill and fully equipped kitchen !! The picture don't lie !! It is located in one of the best places in Costa Del Sol, view to the golf course and the see ! So nice.... We will come again asap :-) Tommy

4 luksus ferier i én i denne fabelagtige penthouse lejlighed nær Marbella. Kan KLART anbefales!

Vi er netop hjemvendt efter 10 dage i den mest fantastiske lejlighed, med nem adgang til Malaga, Puerto Banus, Marbella og Gibraltar. Udlejeren Fra det øjeblik vi bookede, oplevede en suveræn kommunikation med den danske ejer. Ved ankomsten, blev vi mødt med forfriskninger, frugtkurv, vin, mv. af udlejerens lokale repræsentant. Han gennemgik lejligheden og alle dens fortræffeligheder, viste os de lokale fornødenheder (supermarket, mv.) og var til rådighed under hele vores besøg. Lejligheden: Det er ikke ofte, man lejer noget, hvor virkeligheden overgår selv de mest fantastiske billeder. Det er tilfældet her. Det mest fantastiske ved lejligheden er uden tvivl den helt fantastiske terasse. Der er spa, storslået udendørs lydsystem, BBQ og mange lounge områder, kroge og sågar et udendørs Gym. Alt naturligvis retvendt mod én af golfbanerne i det nære og Middelhavet lidt længere væk (stadig indenfor 10 minutter). Morgenmaden og aftensmaden kan simpelt hen ikke indtages et smukkere sted. Selve lejligheden er suveræn og velholdt. Stort åbent køkken med alt hvad der behøves i kvalitets service og hvidevare (opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine, ekspresso maskine, mv.), bar, kæmpe stue med stort fjernsyn med stort set alle danske og udenlandske TV-kanaler. Derudover har lejligheden tre værelser med TV og masser af skabsplads. To med badeværelser i forbindelse og ét med badeværelse på gangen. Alle meget er lækre, med alt hvad du behøver, inkl. masser af håndlæder, badehåndlæder, mv - sågar spa i to af dem. Der kan sove 6 mennesker komfortabelt i lejligheden (én dobbelt seng samt 4 enkelt senge). Vi var 8, hvilket betød de to småbørn sov sammen med mor og far I dobbeltsengen – lidt klemt, men muligt. Hele lejligheden styres af iPads (skodder, lys, aircon, fjernsyn, lyd, etc.) og har et fantastisk lydsystem der supporterer musik streaming – hvilket er med til at skabe en fantastisk ramme. Derudover, har lejligheden naturligvis aircondition I alle rum. Man tilgår lejligheden direkte fra elevator der forbinder de to tilhørende parkeringspladser. Området: Med lejligheden som base, har man I virkeligheden mulighed for, at afholde 4 ferier. Fri adgang til 3 golfbaner ved døren; Fri-adgang til en nærliggende eksklusiv beach-club; Fri adgang til anlæggets pool områder hvortil der er solsenge og masser af vandlegetøj; Fri adgang til det Villa Padierna Hotel og Spa og dets luksus pool-område og spa faciliteter. Det er så smukt, roligt og afslappende et sted.
