Spend an unforgettable ski vacation in our vacation home with your whole family, friends, and pets. Relax here after a long day of winter sports in one of the region’s four ski resorts. You’ll be on the slopes in just 5 minutes by car or bus.

Our common room offers plenty of space to play games and spend the evening together. Our fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, tailored exactly to your taste.

The four bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own sink. There are also two showers and restrooms upstairs.

On the first floor, there’s a common room with two large tables. Here, you can enjoy a quiet meal, play games together, or watch TV.

Right next to it is a spacious kitchen, which we renovated in 2023. It’s fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Spices, tea, and a coffee maker are available for your use.

In the basement, there’s a ski storage room for your sports equipment.

There are 3 parking spaces in front of the house.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house, and the bus takes you directly from there to the Grosseck-Speiereck or Obertauern ski areas.
The Fanningberg and Katschberg-Aineck ski areas are accessible by public transportation with just one transfer. By car, it takes about 15 minutes.

If you have any questions, just message us in the chat or call our number. On the day of your arrival, we may still be on-site and will be happy to show you around the house. On the day before your departure, we may stop by early and stay in a private room on the first floor, as we need to arrive to clean the house. If this happens, we’ll let you know in advance.
