Villa Levante Freshly Renovated for 2026 - With Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, and Heated Pool

Villa Levante has been extensively renovated for 2026 with an updated kitchen, living room, bathroom, and pool, offering 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 baths, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests.



The expansive, modern living area and kitchen include all new appliances and furniture: Sonos stereo, 65” TV, fireplace, enormous dining table for 12 people, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and microwave. Enjoy games and a foosball table for friendly competition on lazy days.



Nestled in beautiful, manicured gardens, the villa features a covered terrace, ample comfortable seating, and a fully-equipped outdoor bar and kitchen, complete with gas grill, barbecue, and stools to relax near the pool. BBQ tools and your first bag of charcoal are provided to get you started.



Each bedroom (three ensuite) is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. There is a second private living room upstairs, free Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped laundry room, and an office.



Enjoy the best biking and hiking trails nearby. It is a 10-minute drive to Pollensa restaurants and golf, and 15 minutes to Binissalem wineries or the beaches of Pollensa, Alcudia, or Playa de Muro. During cooler months, grill in the outdoor kitchen and unwind by the heated pool, fireplace, or indoor infrared heating.



Rules:

- Maximum occupancy is 12, limited to names on the booking.

- Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 10am (flexibility when possible).

- Electricity for air conditioning available for an extra fee.

- Heated pool available for an extra fee.

- All trash must be removed at departure.

- No smoking inside; outdoor smoking allowed.

- Pets, events, and parties are not allowed.

- Quiet hours: 10pm–10am.

Very nice location

Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and all the photos in the listing accurately reflect the place – no surprises, just as beautiful in real life. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the start, and would definitely recommend the villa to others.

First class villa

First of all, Eva Maria did it very well. The villa was very good in all aspects with the exception of a small defect related to low water pressure on the first floor. The rooms were open and large and certainly sufficient for the 11 persons and 1 baby. The use of the garden, the pool, the covered tables and benches made everything correct and pleasant. Overall a good location.

Beautiful property poor management

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Very logistically challenged…Light fixtures (lamps/sconces) in bedrooms were not operational so forced to use sunlight or operate using minimal lighting. Although expected to sleep at least 6, hot water ran out before 6ppl could shower. Host came to adjust but we subsequently ran out of water in the middle of cooking our dinner. The Wi-Fi made it so it was required to sit by the modem to get service. The trash policy was very complex and our cursory check-in did not provide enough direction. We took the rubbish to the local center the day before checkout but had no direction on how to handle the rubbish from the last evening. The landscaper came while we were using the pool/terrace and it was unexpected. It impacted our plans for that day. And even after he was finished, the pet waste remained in the front lawn. The home was beautiful and offers many amenities. It just doesn’t seem like it is managed properly.

Hello Marion, thank you for your review and for highlighting the property’s beauty, quiet location, and amenities. It is great to hear that you appreciated those aspects of your stay. Regarding your concerns, it is unfortunate that some aspects did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify some points. The Wi-Fi issue appeared to have been related to unexpected roadworks, which temporarily disrupted service for a few hours. Additionally, the water heater issue was addressed promptly by the host, and it is good to know backup systems were in place. As for the rubbish policy, the host provides guests with a digital info book when booking. Additionally, on the fridge there is a plan, on the oven there is another and there’s the same digital copy printed of knowledge and instructions on the entrance table. Our apologies for the gardener’s visit, as they are scheduled to attend every Monday. The host takes guest feedback seriously and will continue working to enhance the overall experience. Beautiful Villa

The villa is as on the pictures - it is very spacious and beautiful with a stunning garden. The only downside is, that it is a little far from everything. A car is definitely needed. Also - there are a lot of moskitos, so bring enough moskito spray :-)
