2-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony furniture, covered balcony. Partial view of the ocean. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 62. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Mes vacances

La pièce de vie est agréable ainsi que le coin cuisine. Dans cette location, il manque une fenêtre et la télévision. La véranda donne sur le jardinet d'une locataire et on n'a pas possibilité d'aller dehors puisque c'est une baie vitrée très difficile à ouvrir. On est obligé d'allumer la lumière en permanence!!!!. C'est vraiment désagréable pour les vacances. Le robinet de la douche ainsi que la pomme seraient à changer.

Points positifs: l'emplacement - l'école du surf à côté, assez proche des commerces et du centre de la ville. Points négatifs: c'est vraiment pas beau, mais l'appartement rempli ses fonctions pour des séjours courts. Pas d'internet.

Bon emplacement

Le point fort de l'appartement est son emplacement : proche de la plage et des commerces. Le parking privatif est un plus. L'appartement gagnerait à avoir un petit rafraîchissement et à avoir plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (pas de bols,pas de spatule,pas d'ouvre boite,pas de ciseaux ni d'epluche legumes) d'ouvre
