Ideal location, walkable to everything. Pool and bbq area were great. Building was a bit outdated but the suite had mostly been updated. Shower could use a refresh but everything was clean and functional. Great stay!

We loved our stay here!! The building is definitely getting a little dingy but the room was updated nicely enough and the pool area was very nice! Our check-in was super easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The A/C worked well enough, although the room always felt a little on the humid side but we also enjoyed having the door open to let in the fresh air. The view is truly incredible and we loved watching the sun rise and set from the balcony! The kitchen is small but big enough to cook a few meals and well-stocked with dishes (but only salt and pepper - no other spices or oils). The bed was super comfy and we slept very well every night! Very conveniently located for everything downtown. We rented a car for a few days so we used the parking which was expensive but convenient. We only tried to find parking on the street once and were very unsuccessful.

Besides weather.. it was amazing!

beautiful view!! The coffee pot was cracked but other than that it allowed us to find some local spots for delicious Kona Coffee!!

Island Colony Room with a Beautiful View

You've got views of the ocean, Diamond Head and the Ala Wai in one fell swoop. What a lovely stay with a large refrigerator for staying in to cook. Lovely room that came with pool accessories, too.

Michael and the Crew were perfectly informative and attentive! We had a fabulous time!

Best vacation

Location to beach, stores, markets was fantastic! Looking to book the same place for spring break. Condo was very clean, plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we need. Pool and hot tub were fantastic to enjoy the evening. Lobby staff were very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you so much!

Early problems were taken care of by the management company. The location is perfect, the view of Diamond Head is spectacular.
